Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Loyardy account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.
Deleting Your Account
You may delete your account at any time. To do so from the app:
- Open the Loyardy app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and data will be permanently removed immediately.
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to . Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile (name, email address, locale)
- All loyalty cards in your wallet and stamp history
- Business accounts: loyalty programmes, card templates, staff accounts, and customer data linked to your businesses
- Push notification tokens and device identifiers
What Is Retained
Anonymised, aggregated usage metrics that cannot be linked back to you (e.g. total stamp counts per card) may be retained for analytical purposes. Financial transaction records required by law (e.g. subscription invoices) are kept for the period required by applicable accounting regulations.
Retention Period
All personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Legally required financial records are retained for up to 5 years in accordance with Polish and EU accounting law.
